St. John's Regional Medical Center offers the WalkFit Fitness Program. This program is free to the public and open to people of all ages. Simply register to participate at Health Connections or at Referral One . . .both located just inside the main mall entrance. WalkFit members immediately receive a free lanyard as well as a mileage-tracking card. Members are encouraged to take advantage of the safe and comfortable, climate-controlled environment that Northpark Mall offers. Mall Walkers can generally be spotted from 6am-10am making their rounds throughout the shopping center. Incentive prizes for mileage goals as well as informative activities are scheduled through the months.
